Pipework Insulation
Our thermal pipework insulation is capable of working with any diameter pipework you may have. Typically this is between 13mm to 1 metre diameter OD. This Insulation will need to work in temperatures between -20 to 300 degrees centigrade, to achieve this we work with different materials depending on the parameters previously mentioned.

Material finishes for pipework can vary depending on the application, the typical finishes that we use for this type of thermal insulation to pipework are:

  • Aluzinc

We only produce our thermal insulation jackets in house, using the recommended products that conform to the British standards, we produce these under ISO 9002 ensuring quality control and traceability of materials throughout the manufacturing procedure. We will advise where the jackets are required and where an alternative product may produce better results based on your energy saving selection criteria.

Sheet Metal Working
We have been manufacturing our own metal components for several years. We have our own workshop with which we hand craft all the various tees, bends, valve boxes, etc out of aluminium, aluzinc and stainless steel, sheets. All of our workmanship is of the highest standard, and we have rigourous quality control procedures in place.

Because we can manufacture our own fittings it allows us to give a very quick turnaround on projects that require cladding, which can be a considerable advantage to our clients, with the way that the construction industry is progressing this day in age.
